- My most vivid
memory during my Templestay at Hwaunsa was doing 108 prostrations in the
Meditation Hall. As the number increased,
it became a rhythm in my body. By the final prostration, I felt I had released
a block in my life. It was very comfortable. The room was warm and cozy! The
only thing I would have liked is a more intense immersion, perhaps some Zen
lessons or Dharma talks, learning how to practice Buddhism. Thank you so much
to everyone at Hwaunsa temple! I had a
wonderful time and feel more still inside then when I first arrived.
